A network insider confirms that NBC is in talks to bring back Last Comic Standing, a talent show that ran for six seasons on the peacock network. NBC’s reality guru Paul Telegdy is looking to re-launch the franchise with a new host (so long, Bill Bellamy!) and some format changes so it can air as part of the network’s summer lineup, which includes America’s Got Talent and (possibly) the new Losing it with Jillian, featuring The Biggest Loser’s Jillian Michaels.

I enjoyed some of the seasons of Last Comic Standing. I thought it was a great show to watch during the summer a lot of the past contestants have a lot of talent. I would rather watch LCS more than the Jillian Michaels show.
