1. 'An Education' All right, all right -- so this image for 'An Education' isn't high-concept and it doesn't revolutionize the movie-poster genre. But look at how tiny details echo Lone Scherfig's directing and Nick Hornby's screenplay. A young girl in love with a dashing older gent. However much they're one, they'll always see the world very, very differently. Together, yet apart. Or are they? |

Real movie posters died out in the 80s , sadly......
-Bond posters 1962-87 -Sophia Loren -Monroe -Dracula & other misc Hammer films Hell even obscure kung fu films had nice posters back then ! Now *those* were movie posters

I know these are hardly 2009, but I want both of these movie posters. I've wanted to have framed ones and put them in our entertainment room.They would look so cool!
That "Education" poster is pretty cool. Just the picture made me interested in seeing the movie. |
