Hi!

My sister is trying to remember an 80s sitcom but she can't remember much.

It was possibly set in San Fancisco.
There was a blonde guy who was kinda gay who kept coming to the main characters' house. His name was possibly B.J.??!!

PLEASE help as i can torture my sister if i know it and she doesn't.
I dont remember it at all!
