I caught a Patty Duke blooper.

When Cathy is doing the African dance on the "How to be popular" show, she literally leaves the room and hits her foot against the table or chair on the left hand of the screen.

Here's something I found interesting. In the episode My Cousin the Heroine, when the three guys are asking Cathy out on a date, Cathy answers, "I think I'm free." It sure didn't sound like Cathy, or Patty Duke for that matter. I wonder if it was the voice of The Back of Patty Duke's Head and somehow it slipped through?
