The NFL will experiment with a 3-D presentation of Sunday's game at Cowboys Stadium when the Dallas Cowboys play the San Diego Chargers, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

HDlogix's ImageIQ 3D, an Edison, N.J.-based company, will provide the 3-D broadcast, which fans at the stadium will see on the huge video screen perched over the field. Attendees will receive the 3-D glasses when they enter the stadium.

This is the first time the technology is being used to convert standard HD from 2-D to 3-D without months of production.

I hate to say it but that just sounds kinda dumb... I can't use 3-D glasses on film or shows on 3D for very long cause then my eyes start to hurt.

I don't like the idea of spending 100 dollars for tickets and to watch the game on the jumbo tron..
