seeking info on the location of the rock with strange markings and powers of good luck. this aired on lifetime August 1 at noon ET. tv.excite says it first aired on Thursday, Nov 13 1997. does anyone have an episode number or any info on this?

Ya I remember this one. The segment doesn't actually state the exact location of the rock but it was in the state of Washinghton near the Canadian border. The two boys discovered it in the deep forest there. I personally think the rock has no powers and that the family's good fortune was simply a coincidence. As for the markings, well ofcourse it was the martians

This segment originally aired November 23, 1988. According to another post on this message board, it was in a forest near Port Angeles, Washington.
