Default Series Finales (Final Scenes)

The ones that were most memorable to me:
__________________________
LIVING SINGLE- Kadijah walks out of the apartment and says, "I aint ever looking back." Then she turns around and says, "well, maybe a little."

NEWHART- The very last scene where he wakes up with Elaine and finds out it was all a dream.

THE GOLDEN GIRLS- Dorothy keeps walking back into the house to give the girls a hug goodbye. When she finally leaves for good, Blanche, Rose, and Sofia cry.

MELROSE PLACE (1992 - 1999)- Amanda and Peter are on the beach/island and saying they should have kids. They are choosing names and Amanda says, "just promise me, no kimberly." Then they walk into the sunset.

GUIDING LIGHT- Reba and Josh leave town together. When they leave, you see the guding lighthouse in the background. Then it says, "the end" over the screen.

HAPPY DAYS- Tom Bosley turns to the screen and thanks viewers for being apart of their family for 11 years.

CHEERS- Sam is the last one in the bar. A guy comes to the door and Sam says, ''sorry, were closed." Sam then walks towards the back, adjusts that picture on the wall and walks back into another room. (The opposite direction he came in the 1st episode.)

THREES COMPANY- They all leave the apartment and Terri is the last one to leave. She pauses for a moment, then turns off the lights and leaves.

ROSEANNE- The part where Roseanne does the 15 minute monologue and explains that most of the show was just a book she was writing.

MARY TYLER MOORE- Mary turns the lights off to the office and they all leave.

BEVERLY HILLS 90210- Everyone is dancing to "Celebrate Goodtimes" at David and Donna's wedding reception.

THE WONDER YEARS- Kevin explains everyone's future outcomes. The very last line, you hear Kevin's son asking him to play baseball.

THE COSBY SHOW- Cliff fixes the doorbell. Him and Claire dance to the music and they dance off the set and out the NBC studio doors.

SABRINA THE TEENAGE WITCH- Sabrina rides off with Harvey into the sunset after discovering that he was her soulmate.

TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL- Monica is promoted to case supervisor and says her goodbye's to Tess.

The Wonder Years finale made me cry. Kevin tells viewers that his dad dies. The Roseanne, Touched By An Angel, and Threes Company finales made me cry also. They had bittersweet endings. The Melrose Place final scene I got a kick out of when she said, "just promise me, no kimberly."

Frasier- Roz gets promoted to station manager, Daphne has the baby, and Marty and Ronnie get married.

HAPPY DAYS- Tom Bosley turns to the screen and thanks viewers for being apart of their family for 11 years.

THREES COMPANY- They all leave the apartment and Terri is the last one to leave. She pauses for a moment, then turns off the lights and leaves.

The final episode of Boy Meets World.

M*A*S*H Farewell, Goodbye, and Amen-It was sad watching everyone leave and great seeing Hawkeye & Hotlips having the longest kiss on tv.

GOOD BYE FAREWEll and AMEN That was so happy when our heroes finally got to go home and we will always remember when the helicopter lifted up with Hawkeye and the rocks spelling GOOD BYE and the theme plays.

FRIENDS A happy ending with a couple together and another couple gets twins instead of one baby...the scene with the keys on the counter so sad and the comedy and drama in this finale fitting to one of tv's all time greatest shows.

WIll and Grace...it is nice to know that our fab four would be together and that the children of will and grace will share something their parents never could ..the duet by Jack and Karen ....Unforgettable

Sex and the City...the BIG ending to Carrie's romantic trip to Paris ...Petrovsky and her part, Charlotte gets her baby, Miranda finally realizes there is more to life than career, and Samantha finally finds true love and ends her bedhopping...

all the finales of the year 2004 had men chasing their women ...Frazier chased a woman, BIG Chased Carrie to Paris and Ross chased Rachel to get her to realise she did love him.

and of course the last scene of the MTM Show where the gang leaves singing Its a LOng Way to Tiperarary,,,and the lights are turned out

and on ER..Carter invites the next generation when he says to the late Mark Greens daughter Rachel...you coming Dr Green?

Correction: Bob's wife was named Emily on The Bob Newhart Show, whom he woke up in bed with.

And yes, that was the most classic ending the finale for Newhart, where he woke up, and explained the whole series was a dream!

M.A.S.H Goodbye, Farewell & Amen

The Mary Tyler Moore Show
