This board serves as the trier of fact (Jury) on countless cases profiled on Unsolved Mysteries based on the available facts and evidence.
What suprises me is that this board don't seem to attract a great deal of relatives or interested persons about the cases that are discussed. This board has online for a while. You would think that relatives or interested persons would using this board as a valuable resources. Why is Angela Hammond's family not using this board?(She gets discussed alot) In fact, what cases have actually attracted relatives and interested persons of the case to this forum. Please list. |

Actually, Angela Hammond's relatives have posted on her case before. Please search the forums for more details.
However, that post was in I believe April of this year. I don't know why she doesn't post here anymore. I believe part of the reason is that law enforcement agencies frown upon posting information of active cases. That was why Suzanne (Leppert's sister) told us. I will add the Pollis case.... that was a legendary thread

Now it should be mentioned that this board is not an investigative site like Webslueths or Zodiackiller.com. I would suggest anyone looking to try to solve these cases find another forum or board. This is still a fan website, when all is said and done. |

Melanie Hack, who is the sister of Cindy James, has posted here many times. 3 years ago, I contacted her through her blog and invited her to post here. She wrote me back and told me she had no idea people were still even discussing Cindy's case. I'm sure many relatives of people featured on the show feel the same way. They just don't know about this board.
A high school friend of Norman Ladner posted here a couple times afew years back. Darius Bannerman posted here 4 years ago. He was one of the four black teenagers who were run off the road by that ugly looking dude in the blue el comino in Greensboro... http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/...ghlight=darius Before my "JPenn" YouTube account was deleted in 2007, I was contacted by Joyce McClain's siter Wendy, who thanked me for uploading the video. |

I have had many, many friends or relatives of people profiled on UM contact me privately. If I get some time I'll try to make a list of people I've spoken with or I remember posting on the board.

It's good to see these cases still being talked about years after the fact, here and on other forums. It keeps hope alive that some resolution will happen for them.
