"Highway to Heaven" Seasons 4 and 5 - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Is there any chance the last 2 seasons will be released in the US? They are soon going to be available in Australia and France, but even with my region-free dvd player I can't get them because they are using PAL. Why on earth do other countries get US television releases first??? Does that mean it definitely will be released here eventually?

I would also like to see the remaining two seasons released. A & E stopped releasing them due to poor sales. It's understandable the sets got poor sales because they were chopped up, edited episodes horrendously overpriced. The estate of Michael Landon was trying to find a company in the US to release the rlast two seasons but as far as I know they had no luck. Personally I think Mill Creek would be the best bet to take over the releases. I sent them an email asking them to consider it. I suggest anyone else who wants them should do the same. I have season one and two, but not season three because it's so darn expensive. It's currently listed at $35.99 on Amazon! I too hope the last two seasons are released, but at a more reasonable price.

They sometimes have it on sale for $19.99 plus shipping so keep an eye open.

catlover a lot of region free dvd players also convert PAL to NTSC. Mine does a great job in converting PAL to NTSC on the fly.
