"The Donna Reed Show" Season Three DVD Dec 1st

Just in time for the Holidays, Virgil Films and Entertainment is proud to present a piece of American television history to home viewing audiences with the DVD release of The Donna Reed Show: Season Three.

The 4-disc DVD includes all 38 episodes and features special guests including: Emmy nominated singer Tony Martin, Harvey Korman, Jack Albertson, and Jay North.


The show first premiered on ABC in September 1958 and has remained a classic family favorite for decades with its delightful cast featuring Academy-Award winning actress Donna Reed, Carl Betz, Shelley Fabares, and Paul Petersen.

For eight years and 274 episodes The Donna Reed Show was America’s family favorite sitcom. Donna was nominated for an Emmy four times and in 1963 won a Golden Globe as Best Female TV Star. She also won the Academy Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in 1953 for her performance in From Here to Eternity.
