A Book I Just Read - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I just finished reading this book called "SECRETS IN THE CELLAR" by John Glatt. Its a true story. It is about this girl named Elizabeth Fritzl living in Amstetten, Austria. Her father Josef repeatedly raped her as a child, then in 1984, he locked her away in a cellar like dungeon for 24 years. In 2008, she was finally released. This was a good book. The ending though never says whatever becomes of her. It did say that the low life father was finally locked away in a mental institution.

Wow, that's horrible. A book like that would give me nightmares! Very sad that it's a true story, though. I bet she is going to need lots of therapy after going through such an ordeal.

I actually just got this book as an early Christmas gift. I'll be reading it sometime soon.
