Default Saints maybe the WEAKEAST 9-0 I ever seen in my NFL Life

They struggled against the

2-3 Dolphins
3-4 Panthers
1-7 Rams

in the past 3 games. Which means that they will get smashed by the Pats on Monday Night next week. They are not playing like a 9-0 team because they are just getting BY each week.

In the end, you will be watching them in the Superbowl. You heard it here first.

If Drew Brees Is hot the Saints will win. Don't forget what Peyton did to the Pats defense last week.

It seems like every week they have to come back and regain the lead-lol How long is that going to last?

Know the one thing all three teams you listed have in common? They're decent rushing teams. The Rams have been dragged kicking and screaming to relevancy by Steven Jackson, and the Panthers and Dolphins have the 3rd and 4th most rushing yards of any team in the NFL, respectively.

The Saints' problem is a big one: Their defense just isn't that great. They're 19th in the league vs. the pass, and 20th vs. the rush. This isn't a defensive team, and it doesn't pretend to be. It honestly feels like watching the college game out of an offense-heavy conference .

The Saints, in every way, have proven to be an offense-minded team. 9 games this year have proven that you can't stop the Saints offense. They AVERAGE 37 points per game. Minnesota, the team in 2nd, only averages *30*. It's an insane statistic. They're 4th in passing yards, and 5th in rushing yards. The Saints, offensively, are so good that the only way to defeat them, as silly as it sounds, is to outscore them. The only strategy that will work is a full-out offensive onslaught.

There are a few games down the schedule that the Saints COULD lose. They play New England next weekend, they've got a game against the Cowboys (another team with solid stats right now both on the rush and pass), one against the Falcons (when the team clicks, they do solid stuff), and they end AT Carolina (who as you've mentioned, played it pretty close at New Orleans)

Please don't talk to me about the rushing game of a 1-8 team

I think the Saints are a good team. I think the pressure is starting to get to them and they'll lose soon though. I remember the Pats started to have close games after awhile when they were undefeated.

Now they're the weakest 10-0 team you've seen in your NFL life.

Next week, at around this time, they'll be the weakest 11-0 team you've seen.

I have come to the conclusion that Sol would rather criticize teams than praise them.

Cool

It has been said that good teams always find a way to win. By that definition the Saints are a very good team. They always find a way to win!

Yep. They were back in fine form on Sunday against the Bucs. I am PUMPED about MNF. Too bad I have to miss a little bit of it because of a stupid class.
