I'm not much of a bar goer, but I gotta go with Kelsey's from AITF.

It had a pinball machine, a pool table and a bunch of older guys griping about the state of the world. Now THAT'S a bar!

OMG, I totally forgot the Lobo Lounge from Roseanne. They had even had pizza there. If you got drinks and food, I'll be right over!!!
