I would say that Ray Combs was my favorite, then Richard Dawson, my least favorite is Louie Anderson. Louie just doesn't fit into the FF host crowd- jmo.

Lumpy: Did you go out for anything, Dud?

Dudley: Well, I went out for football, but I got my finger stepped on, so my mother made me quit.

Eddie: Well listen-- I went out for basketball and I got my hair pulled, and my mother made ME quit.

Dudley: It's not that I was afraid of getting hurt or anything; it's just that-- well, it's kind o' hard to play the flute with a busted finger.

RICHARD DAWSON is funny, so I like him, LOUIE ANDERSON is more of a slowpoke, especially, during the FAST MONEY ROUND

Sad

Ray Combs was my favorite. It's a shame what happened to him.

Ray Combs is my choice. Unfortunately, he experienced a number of financial, physical, and emotional setbacks which ultimately led to his decision to take his own life. He was an extremely talented and genuinely funny man. Richard Dawson was also a very good host, although he gets a little annoying when he spends a lot of time getting affectionate with the ladies (maybe I shouldn't be too critical of him - Richard Dawson actually ended up marrying one of the female contestants that he met on the show!). The Louie Anderson version of the show, to be kind, leaves a lot to be desired.

I would have to say Ray Combs. He was on when I started watching the show. Richard Dawson took over afer Ray's suicide. THen it was a long time later that I found out that Richard Dawson was the original host. I watch them sometimes on Game Show Network. I like them too. The Louie Anderson ones I think are too low budget looking and unappealing. Most of the contestants are also from different parts of California as far as I saw. The last 2 shows, people gathered from all over to play. Anyway, Ray Combs, Dick Dawson, and Louie Anderson.
