A professional wrestling promoter has charged Rihanna with copying the cover of his 1998 heavy metal fight song compilation for her new single "Russian Roulette."

Paul Heyman claims wrestler The Sandman appeared topless, wrapped in barbed wire on the cover of "ECW: Extreme Music," which featured the music of Motorhead and Megadeth - and now he wants credit for inspiring Rihanna.

Heyman insists he is "the owner, operator, and creative force" behind the Extreme Championship Wrestling promotional package.
