Marion Ross Out as Granny in HIMYM
Marion's rep tells me his client extricated herself from the role of Lily's grandmother when the part started being cut considerably. "It almost became a one-liner," says the rep. Instead, Marion is expected to appear in five more episodes of Brothers & Sisters this season as mom to Sally Field's Nora. Filling in for Marion will be St. Elsewhere vet Christina Pickles, who popped up last season on The CW's Privileged.
