Has anyone ever solved the mystery of wheather or not the scene where Blanche pulls her sleeve over her fist (which you see in the opening) was ever in an episode? I wonder what her point was by doing that.

That scene is from the Break In. However we never get to see the scene. It apparently gets cut from the episode but they show it in the opening credits. It is the same thing with the scene involving Dorothy biting her hand. That scene differs from the actual scene shown.

Not sure why they cut if from the episode but show it in the credits.
