Tom and Jerry are first, Roadrunner is next, Pink Panther is next, and Chilly Willy...even though I like his cartoons...is last.

That's the same order in which I would rank them. Tom and Jerry (esp. the
early ones directed by Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera) were timeless, some very
funny moments. Chuck Jones' Road Runner, though repetitive, was often
amusing. The Pink Panther is another classic that never gets old (even if
Henry Mancini's score keeps playing in my head long after the cartoon is
over). And Chilly Willy was, I think, at his best with Smedley the dog (voiced
by the great Daws Butler) and, of course, in the gems directed by Tex Avery.
When Walter Lantz later decided to give Chilly a voice (again by Butler),
though, the series seemed to go downhill. And the less said about the talking
Pink Panther (played by Matt "Max Headroom" Frewer), the better. Like
Charlie Chaplin, the Panther should be silent. He is just a better character
that way. (Now who out there is going to break the tie vote?)

For me, it's a this/close tie between Pink Panther & Road Runner. Both are VERY hilarious (even today), but I give the slight edge to Pinkie - he's a bit classier.

I like Tom and Jerry and used to watch them all the time but now I find them kind of boring. It's always the same thing over and over; cat chasing mouse, etc, etc. Never could really get into the Pink Panther, but I haven't seen that many Chilly Willy cartoons. If I had to choose, though I would choose him because I think he's the cutest!

I'm casting my vote for The Pink Panther. Those cartoons were hilarious, even the ones with the little white man that my brother and I referred to as "Thing." The only word that the Pink Panther ever said was "YEOWWWW!"
