Post Family Feud 25th Anniversary Special on GSN

On July 22 GSN will show "The Family Feud 25th Anniversary Special" it'll be similar to the "Gong Show" one.The episodes are
"The First One"
"Richard's Wife"
"Substitue"
"The Last One"
There's some more I forgot.
I thought of the titles myself!
Oh and The Last One is a MUST SEE!
Richard gives a tear jerking speech!

JT's right. That last one is a real tear-jerker. Almost made me cry.

One you forgot was one where this contestant goes nuts over Richard.

I wanna know if Richard's hosting. If the unknown comic can host, well then...

Something that boggles me...

Why the blank to they seem to be avoiding the Combs episodes. That 6 Blankin years of Family Feud history! Also, I've been hopin they show AT LEAST 1 of the 1994 Dawson eps.

Not likely Devastation. Most people want to avoid that one.I agree with the whole Combs thing. But probablythey're doing it because 25 years ago was 1976 when Dawson's premeired.I know Combs' premiered July 4,1988.If that helps...

OK I think there is hope for FF'94!
I just rolled over to GSN's message boards (too young to join) and some people got upset because they aren't showing Combs' Feud and he but they show '94 feud.I think they might have an ep from its last week in syndie. The show was an hour long. Now maybe just maybe they'll do the thing they did with the Gong Show.Maybe they'll show an hour episode then regular 30 minute episodes.
The Match Game's 40th is coming next year so they might show The Match Game (Rayburn,B/W,1962-67),Match Game 7x/PM (Rayburn,Color,1973-79,75-82),Match Game (Shafer,Color,1990-91),and probably Match Game (Burger,Color,1998-99)
I hope they have something for TPiR in 2006.Like The Price is Right (Cullen,B/W,1956-65),The Price is Right (Barker,Color,1972-) and maybe Dennis James' version.
In 2005 WoF makes it's 30th spin.Maybe Wheel of Fortune,Woolery/Stafford,Color,1975-82,and the current version.

That's what I gathered too. Dawson was 25 years ago, Combs only 13.

But I WANT TO SEE MORE FEUD 94!!!!!!

And a Match Game Anniversary would be fun, if GSN still owns the GT library in 2002.

Actually, it'd make sense to do a TPiR Marathon NEXT YEAR. It'll be 30 years after TPiR starts.

I am so jealous that so many people get GSN. If they had a TPIR marathon, I would have a fit because I don't get the station. Grrr- I am green with envy right now. lol

Red face

If they're showing all 25 clips, then why did they make us vote for only 10??

I think that if GSN lets the MG/BT library expire, they should try to contract the TPIR/FF94 library (also MG/BT in a separate deal) to replace it. Or better yet, contract both packages!!!

I was a little upset that GSN ran the marathon "off the clock" and showed 7 episodes instead of 8. Does anyone know when GSN will air the Sammy Davis Jr. Episode of Feud?
