I feel that I don't want to celebrate Christmas this year because I'm very unhappy.

This year has been the worst year ever. I already said that in another forum, but do you really think I should decorate for Christmas this year...or not? (I already made-up my mind on getting people gifts...which is no, I won't be giveing anyone gifts this year since I'm poor).

I hope things turn around for you.

You could always do some Xmas decorating at the last minute if you want. Like you said its still early. If you can't afford gifts, a nice card with a handwritten sentiment can be even better.
