Does anyone know why this cartoon is never shown anymore, if it is where?

I don't know if they're shown anywhere, but I think Underdog is on Video, or at least is has been. A friend of mine has the set.

I know it still airs somewhere, because I caught it on TV a few weeks back. I have no idea what channel I was on at the time though.
