Default Microwaveable meals

The pre-packaged, microwaveable meals. What are your opinions? Do you eat them much? Do you think they're unhealthy? Do you like them/dislike them?

I don't eat microwaveable meals too often (I tend to think that eating a pre-packaged, microwaved meal every day for dinner is a bit excessive - home cooking is nice.) I do eat them, though, usually as lunch during the day, or if I'm staying over somewhere and have brought some food for the day.

I've eaten some that I haven't thought are very nice at all. There are microwaveable meals that I like, though - I like a few of the curries and some of the microwaveable Chinese meals are nice.

I wouldn't recommend them to be eaten every day, though.

Sometimes I eat them but not an everyday thing.

My favorites are Hot Pockets, Hungry Man, Banquet, White Castle Cheeseburgers, and the TGI Friday's food.

I also sometimes eat oven/microwaveable pizzas such as Red Baron and Jeno's.

I'll bring them for lunch sometimes, but I try not to make a habit of eating them regularly. Plus, it's hard to find the vegetarian meals that aren't so high in fat and stuff.

I love Stouffer's and Amy's brands.

I eat them. Some of them are really good, and some are awful.

I live for my microwave. I like the packaged meals, many of them are quite good, but I only buy them when they're on sale & its something I like. Stouffer's and Weight Watches turn out some good ones!

I don't eat them a whole lot, but as a college student they are my friend lol. Sometimes you can't make it to the cafeteria or whatever and it's nice just to have some handy.

I eat them sometimes, too. I like Stouffer's & Boston Market(frozen section) and Dinty Moore Compleats(in the dry section). Most of the ones I get are rather good.

I have them occasionally, and I like them. I don't have them regularly though.

Cool

As a bachelor I always keep some frozen microwavable dinners handy in my freezer. I try not to eat them too often but they're handy to have on hand.

i like stouffers and sometimes banquet (i especially like the macaroni and cheese or lasagna entrees). they're good for portion control (though most are high in preservatives) and they're convenient. most nights marvin makes a home cooked meal, but nights when he's not up to it i'll make them or when i'm home by myself at lunchtime.hey, atleast its better than fast food.

I love hot pockets and Red Baron pizzas, and I'll have a Stouffer's TV dinner once in awhile. Like Kim, Lasagna and Mac & Cheese are my faves!

I've eaten them off and on a year or two ago, too much sodium and fat.

The only kind I'll eat are the pasta dishes; pasta and tomato sauce, lasagna, canneloni: things like that. Love the mac and cheese too. Either those or frozen pizza ones. I try to stay away from the hot pockets though. Usually the ones I find are kind of pricey, but they are nice to take to work for lunch. That's the only time I'll eat them, though. I never eat them at home. I'd rather bake something or make pasta the "old fashioned way".
Wow, this thread is making me hungry!
