OMG, those are hilarious! Actually there's one more, and I swear it's the God's honest truth. I just saw a sign for it today. Can't believe it wasn't listed!In Seattle (maybe the whole state, I don't know...), it's illegal to sit on the sidewalk. Ugh, I wouldn't even want to sit my purse down on those filthy things! I REALLY don't understand the reasoning for this, and I'm guessing this law is majorly broken in the summer during our Seafair Torchlight Parade!

As for the selling merchandise on Sundays law? I think that is old news, but I have heard about the ban on mattress selling. Tons of businesses around here would go under if that's still in effect. Thanks for posting these! In Texas they used to have a Blue Law where you couldn't buy certain things on Sundays, like albums. When Star Wars came out, I found the album at an Albertsons (back when they used to have a record section and I wanted it really bad. I saved up my money and was SO ticked when we got to the store and I couldn't buy it because it was Sunday!
