Default Missing persons you would most be satisfied to be found alive, then returned

Out of all the missing persons shown on UM, who would you be the most glad to see reunited with their friends and families? Although some of them may be dead now, consider the possibility though small, they may still be alive. For me, this is it:

Tara Calico
Tammy Lynn Leppert
Justin Burgwinkel
Debra Poe
Cynthia Anderson

Obviously, we'd all like to see the innocents who are missing happily reunited with their families. Top on my list was the Baskin kids, but did that one ever turn out weird.

Anyway, in addition to your choices, the ones that really I'd really like to see have a happy ending are:

Pam Page (possibly murdered)
Gordon Page, Jr. (possibly homeless or dead)
Lauria Bible and Ashley Freeman (probably abducted, possibly murdered)
Oliver Munson (likely murdered for his testimony against criminals)
Sabrina Aisenberg (abducted?)
Angela Hammond (abducted, possibly murdered)
Christi Nichols (missing, possibly murdered)
Antonette Cayedito (abducted)
Charlotte Pollis (missing, possibly murdered)
Chace Wackerhagen (missing? abducted by his father?)
Jodi Huisentruit (abducted, possibly murdered)

No offense to the family, but I don't know if Justin were alive, he is most definitely a more violent and unstable person than when he disappeared.

If he is alive, he's probably become a mercenary, terrorist, criminal, assassin, psychopath, or drug dealer.

Do we really want that type of person returning?

I think he is either dead, or suffering amnesia somewhere in the country and does not know who he is. Or he ran away to complete the supposed mission he was mad about being called off. But I don't believe he became villainous.

Why not?

1.There are plenty of militia groups and right wing organizations out there that could use the services of someone like Justin. It would be an ideal situation for Justin, IMHO.

2. There really is no evidence to assume amnesia than any other theory. There was no evidence of a car crash or violence.

3. if he;s dead, then someone more likely killed him. The only reason I could see for him getting killed is because he was involved with a villainous group that no longer had use for him.

Considering that Justine was a soldier, he's hardly the type of person to be subdued easily or be a target. I can't imagine him getting mugged or attacked without a fight or if his abductors

Justin left on his own, IMHO. Now whether that ultimately led to death is the ultimate question.

My theory has always been on this case that Justin either joined a militant group and was killed or he became a mercenary overseas.

If Justin was eager enough to fight in actual combat, he's going to try and do it one way or another. I'm sure there is some soldier that mentioned being a soldier of fortune to him.

Come to think of it, if Justin wanted to join a foreign or illegal army, he has to leave the military. He has to disappear completely or he'll be arrested for being AWOL.

Besides the ones mentioned, I'd like to see John Cheek show up alive. I hope he's out there somewhere and just doesn't remember his old life.

Regarding Burgwinkel, I'm leaning toward the idea that he left on his own and staged the scene. Or there's the possibility that he was involved on the fringes of some kind of gang or drugs or something illegal like that, and those people killed him. I definitely do not believe the story that he told about being an army fry cook on a secret mission for the CIA.

One thing that was so odd with him is that he'd be with his girlfriend, either for the evening or the weekend, and would mysteriously get "called away" to work on his secret mission, without having ever received a page or a phone call. It just all of a sudden hit him in the middle of dinner or whatever, that he had to go out of town right now, this very minute. It even made me wonder if he had another girlfriend in Monterey (where he said he had to keep going for the mission). Maybe she found out that she wasn't the only girl in his life and she killed him?

Also, the only phone call ever mentioned in the segment that was related to the secret mission was one where Burgwinkel was out of the house and with his buddies. His girl friend received a phone call from a male saying to tell Justin that the mission is off. That wasn't his regular phone number and was just visiting there. Why would the mission leaders call him on her phone? I think he just decided to have one of his friends call her and say that to her to make his story sound more believable.

The GF said that when she was finally able to sneak a look inside his briefcase, all he was doing was taking a piece of paper and tearing it into teeny tiny pieces. WTH? The spy guys didn't have paper shredders so they have to do it by hand? That's just not how it works in the real spy world.

IMO, he got so irritated with being kicked out of the army rangers and put on kitchen duty (when he had been being trained as a language specialist) that he concocted the whole secret mission stuff to either fool himself or his loved ones.

As a Army Ranger, Justin would be very valuable as muscle to a drug organization.
