As I type this, Hallmark Channel has given ILL a second chance (if it's still their, look at the news section at the top of the screen). They've even changed the time. No more of the early morning stuff (how fair was that 2 am or so time slot? Whose up that early?) It's going show at midday 5 pm- 8 pm, replacing M*A*S*H.
Always knew I liked Hallmark. Now if only they can bring FOL back...

Hey everyone, I LOVE LUCY marathon tomorrow! Starts at 11:00 eastern time....Hallmark channel. Yeahhhh!!!!! I can't wait to get back from church! I know what I'll be doing tomorrow!

I Love Lucy has gained another hour. It will now air four hours straight, from 5-9PM weekdays.

Let's just hope they keep to their word. Right now I'm more concerned with how many people out there are still watching I Love Lucy in their homes. If they removed it once for a couple months, obviously there must of not been enough people watching. But I'm sure that either some official running Hallmark or a mob of angry fans demanded for I Love Lucy to be put back on. So for the time being, this is going to be a guessing game. How long will our beloved sitcom be on Hallmark Channel is the question.

I''m watching the marathon right now. They're going to show it for 4 hours a day? When I saw the commercials I thought they meant it would air from 5-6, which made me mad because it would always be on while I was still working. Now I will definitely be able to watch!

^^^ Maybe that's just for the weekday marathon, if I'm understanding your question. Just a guess, though.
The first episode I turned it on was one of my favorites: 'Lucy Does A TV Commercial.' Caught it right when Lucy was starting to show the side effects of Vitameataveggiemin (spelling?)

Just like I said, how long Lucy will remain on Hallmark is the question. Note that the upcoming anniversary of I Love Lucy will be here in less than two weeks, so better go out and celebrate. If for any reason, Hallmark pulls Lucy before this anniversary, they will have a lot of 'splaining to do!

I agree, we better get all the "watching" in while we can because I'm sure it won't last for 2 long....especially for as many episodes at a time that they're giving us now

Grand. They don't seem to be giving any show a chance expecually Lucy. I think I'll quit watching hallmark and just stick to the DVD's for now on.

I have a suggestion where Hallmark can put all these shows once they pull them from their schedule, but I don't think people want to know where I think they should put them.

I don't think they have their schedule figured out at all yet. I've seen Lucy showing up late at nite as well
