When I go to the site now it just is blank screen???

Anyone know what''s going on?

The people who replied were too stupid to offer assistance and could only say-"works fine for me"

Is it thinking that you're logging on outside the U.S.? I went to the link you provided and it says it can't provide service at this time to anyone outside the U.S. and then gives a link if you feel that it's incorrect and there's a problem. All I can suggest Sol is to go to that link and tell the boneheads that last time you checked, Philly was still considered a part of the U.S. (although they might not want to think so - LOL).

Well thanks for responding with a normal post and offering assistance. Yeah I don't understand why this laptop I just bought can't access the site when I used to bring my laptop home from work and access the site with no problem

It's almost as though your provider jumps outside the U.S. and then back in again or something. Yah, I'd say this is a job for RobyRob!

(Once you start talking routers and stuff, I get confused since they're becoming more and more complicated - especially with wireless now).
