Default Tony Dorsett-"What has Tony Romo actually done?"

LOL, he was on the radio today saying

"I think the media gave him too much credit too early because he has yet to accomplish anything. I mean what has he done to be considered a superstar QB??

LOL, Tony is my NEW DOG. He is right on the money with his statements

it's not like he wasn't before. He was a Cowboy so I'm sure you've loved him before these statements came out.

But he is dead on. Only thing I will agree with him on.

Steve Young said today that Romo has a "schizophrenic arm"

Tony D was a great Cowboy. He's one of many ex-Cowboys that have complained about this current team. The players don't like it. Well then they should stop embarrassing themselves every time our former players show up for a game. If Romo think's its bad now , he should see what it's going to be like if he loses to Carolina at home.

I think the former players are their just to show support of the team in general, and for Jerry. They dislike the way this team is heading, but they go to the games for that factor, and because they were Cowboys, is what I think.

Tony Dorsett is awesome and I'm sure it bothers him a little that the Cowboys certainly aren't what they were when he was on the team. I think it's cool that they still go to the games!

For a Cowboy fan, you seem to be somewhat pessimistic.

Cool

If the Cowboys lose to Carolina it will be because of their defense not because of Tony Romo. I agree that Romo isn't the greatest QB but Dallas' biggest problem right now is their defense.

So as long as the defense continues to SUCK it's ok for Romo to throw interceptions?

No, I just think they need to deal with the worst problem first. If their defense can't stop the other team it won't matter who's playing QB they won't be able to win.

That's False because sometimes the best defense is a GOOD OFFENSE. If the QB does his job then the Defense job is not as tough because the team will be in the LEAD.

Depending on if the other team has a good defense or not

Well losing to the Ravens in the final game in Texas Stadium and the Giants in the first game at Cowboys Stadium will do that to you. That's not to mention that Eagles game . I'm been a fan since 1975 and this is the most pessimistic I've ever been. Maybe it's because I remember when the Cowboys were great. Now all we do is fold before our rivals. The Giants and Eagles sure talk about how they hate the Cowboys but I don't feel the same thing from this current team. Where's the anger. It's the Aw Shucks philosophy of head coach Cupcake Phillips.
