I saw the Syndney video the other day on another site. I think Beyonce has changed over the past few years. I used to hear and read a lot of diva stories about her but I think she is truly nice person. She seems more laid back than years before. The person I can't stand is her dad Matthew Knowles who is known to be a manipulator. I have seen interviews of him and there is something off with him. Every former members of Destiny's Child say the issues they had were mostly with Matthew.
