The top one has the words--or should I say lyrics?, and the bottom one is instrumental. Was the instrumental version used at the end? A lot of TV shows used the instrumental versions of the opening songs as closing themes.

The one without lyrics sounds like a slower version of the closing theme but also like a slightly different version IMO.

Interesting that Flo sings this song instead of the kids. Keeping up the family tradition - I love it!

Thank goodness Sherwood was the producer of "The Bradys" and not Sid and Marty Krofft!
