Definitely Laverne & Shirley!! The chemistry between Penny Marshall and CIndy Williams was great! (Even though they did have trouble on the set...) And they were great at physical comedy!

Hey CLASSIC TV MAN, I so agree with you! 'Jo and Blair' would of made a great spinoff, it would of been interesting to see if they had actually followed through with the idea.

you cannot talk about sitcoms duo's without metioning LUCY AND EHTEL!!! DUH.. or Cybill and Maryanne!!! also... Julia and SUzanne Surgrbaker from Desining women.. actually any two of the desining women makes a great duo. and finnally.. Nelle and Ling on Ally McBeal.
