With a field goal on the second last play of the game, the Washington Huskies have defeated the USC Trojans 16 - 13. Go Dawgs!!!!

Oh man! You beat me to it! I raced home in the pouring rain from work (really!) to post this and I see I wasn't fast enough!

I was at work all day and on my afternoon break I started watching the game. Frankly, since I knew they were playing USC, I was actually afraid to watch earlier!! There were only ten minutes left and it was 10-10 in third quarter. I couldn't believe that, since I expected USC to be pounding my dawgs! I saw them try and try to get a touchdown and then finally they got that first field goal. I only get a ten minute break, so I had to go back to my desk. About thirty minutes later I just couldn't take the suspense anymore, so I went back into the break room, where the Lead (Supervisor), my best friend coworker and my other coworker were watching the game. There were only 42 seconds left, so I asked the lead if I could stay and watch the end. We were screaming and yelling (all of us girls!) and this guy comes in and says "Hey, people are trying to work around here!", then smiles at us. I told him, "The Huskies are playing!!!"

That was funny at the end of the game when the clock was down to 7 seconds and they were actually gonna try to do another formation. They were still trying to get set up when they were bombarded with fans who ran onto the field!

SO COOL!!! I had been really tired at work, and practically falling asleep at my desk, but after seeing that I was so hyper!!!!

Such an amazing finish!!!!! I smell roses !!!

In honor of the Huskies win yesterday I went out today to JCPenney and bought two new UW Husky shirts ($9.99 each when you buy two!) and I also bought a very cool Seahawks shirt. The one I have is getting worn out, plus I like having more than one.

My friend told me today that even though he didn't go to UW, any team that beats USC is his new favorite team!! Whoo hoo!!!
