The CW’s new Melrose Place is plotting a return for Courtney Thorne-Smith Alison Parker, but don’t expect the alcoholic child-abuse survivor to be joined by her long-ago love Billy Campbell (Andrew Shue).

I tracked down Andrew at his home in New Jersey. Divorced earlier this summer from wife Jennifer, Andrew, 42, is now kickin’ it solo with his three sons, ages 6, 11 and 13, who all play soccer like dad. Well, I'm all for both of them coming back! Andrew hasn't been in any shows or TV movies since the original MP right. This is his chance for a big comeback. I wish he'd reconsider & I thought he was a wuss in the original & I really started disliking him after Brooke died. Yet, I still want him back.

It's the nostalgia of it all! I want the WHOLE original cast back! I want these new characters out!

I am happy the originals who are back are back-but I kinda fear it won't be long before they're gone given the way 90210 is now cutting ties with the old show somewhat it seems, losing Jennie Garth.
