Some of yall may know that Don Grady is a musician as well as an actor. In the 60's he was in a band called the Yellow Balloon who had a modest hit with a tune called "Yellow Balloon". Its a really great catchy pop tune if you havent heard it. Above is a clip of the Yellow Balloon on American Bandstand. Grady is on the drums wearing a wig and a fake moustache. His role wasnt played up much in this band because they wanted to make it on their own and not rely on Grady's TV fame. Enjoy |

Thanks for posting the video. I have a distant memory of my older siblings talking about "Robbie" being in a rock band, and now I now what they were talkin' about!
