WOW! It's great to see that other people loved "Salute Your Shorts" as much as I did

I grew up on that show, along with Clarissa Explains It All, Welcome Freshman, Double Dare, and You Can't Do that on Television. Nickolodeon used to be AWESOME! Now, at least to me, it has lost most of its luster. Can't they at least show reruns

I miss this show so much too. It was one of the best cable shows ever. I wish they would at least air it on Nickelodeon's sister cable station The N,like they do with Clarissa.

I agree, Nickelodeon has become crap these past several years. Nick should come out with a classic Nick channel. I know they have channels that play some older Nick shows. Like on Noggin they show Clarissa Explains it All and The Adventures of Pete and Pete, and on the games and sports channel they show a bunch of the old games shows. I guess that's a start, but I want to see some Salute Your Shorts! That show is great!

see, i think there should just be a channel of all the nick shows from when the channel started until the '90s. i remember the first shows: pinwheels, the third eye and a bunch of others. does anyone remember nick's first try at a soap opera? it was called fifteen. yeah, this was a good show.

That would be cool I wish Nickeloden would do that I like this show and alot of original shows they were really good. I would be watching that channel like ever day.

i think a lot of people would watch that channel. there's so many of us who grew up on the old shows and loved them. i dont' know why someone (a nick exec) hasn't thought of it before, but i think the channel would do REALLY well!
