Antonio Banderas and Selma Hayek to Star in Shrek spin-off film "Puss in Boots"
Antonio Banderas has told Collider that in addition to his turn as fan-favorite Puss in Boots in this May's animated Shrek Forever After, he'll be doing the voice of the chivalrous feline fencer in a Puss in Boots spin-off film that will co-star Selma Hayek in the role of "Kitty."
Banderas says the script for the Puss in Boots movie is "fantastic" and that he will likely start vocal work on the film this February. Shrek the Third director Chris Miller will helm the Puss in Boots spin-off, which will be released in the spring 2012.
