I was flicking Channels and saw on VH1 that it's a Spanish Guy picking from 10 girls to be with him?

I think that's Antonio Sabato, Jr. He's best known for his acting roles on General Hospital and Melrose Place, and he was also a Calvin Klein underwear model. I read somewhere that he was getting a reality show and this must be it.

I mostly know him from Janet Jackson's "Love Will Never Do" music video and Melrose Place. I didn't realize he was still acting until I saw the promos for this show.
