slightly off topic but i have her autograph in my collection and ive got to say that she has some of the most beutaful artistic handwriting i have ever seen

Agreed. I bought a certified autographed picture of her years ago on eBay. You can read the V, then it sort of rolls out indecipherably. I also bought two outfits that she wore in the movie Godzilla, from ReelClothes.com, and a screen-used Lucky Burger outfit from the episode of the same name. Regarding her Then/Now picture, Vicki still looks beautiful. But I don't think it was necessary for her to get her teeth bleached. It just looks unnatural. Still, Beth's a beauty.

Is the first picture really Vicki Lewis in the 1990s, cause all I see is all now and no then. In fact, she almost looks the same.

Yes, the first picture is Vicki at New York Film Critics Awards in New York, in January of 1999 (which would be during the fifth and final season of NewsRadio). I recently saw her on an episode of The Middle, and she looked great! Still beautiful and funny as only Vicki can be. Luv her!
