Jason David Frank: MMA fighter
Sep 03, 2009 It appears that actor Jason David Frank, who may be known for playing the Green Ranger in the hit series “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers,” has decided to change his career. According to sportsillustrated.cnn.com, Jason has made his official move to Mixed Martial Arts. And apparently, he is training with UFC lightweight Melvin Guillard and is hoping that his real fighting experience is as successful as his career on television. Jason was said to have signed with Suckerpunch Entertainment recently and hopes to make a professional debut very soon. Frank, who has done martial arts before, says that he was supposed to fight back in 2007, but it fell through. He also says that he just wants to go out there and prove that he is a real fighter. Does this mean that we could see Jason David Frank in UFC sometime in the future? http://www.inentertainment.co.uk/200...k-mma-fighter/ |

I think I know what you're talking about but I could be wrong... I believe in the heyday of the Power Rangers popularity that some of the Rangers did a martial arts basic training video. I think it was Austin St. John (Red) and Jason David Frank (Green). Some reason I think the late Thuy Trang (Yellow) was in it as well but I'm not totally sure. |
