By Lara Martin, US Correspondent Chris Brown has been ordered to remove graffiti, pick up rubbish and wash cars as part of the sentence he received for assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna, says The AP. The R&B star was sentenced to five years' probation, 180 days of community labour and one year of domestic violence counselling after he pleaded guilty to attacking Rihanna in February. In a letter to the Los Angeles Superior Court judge, Richmond police chief Bryan Norwood outlined the tasks that Brown would be required to complete near his home in Richmond, Virginia. "The letter speaks for itself," he said. "We will not be offering further details regarding his work responsibilities." Norwood reportedly added that Brown would be supervised during his labour but that the star would have to pay for any additional security required if the public discovered his whereabouts. Brown, 20, recently told CNN's Larry King Live that he was willing to do whatever work was required and hoped that he could remain friends with Rihanna. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/showbiz/...-revealed.html |
