I am watching The Full House Marathon on The N and The Episode I am watching is Part 2 of The Wedding and I was wondering who was The Boy who played Howie and who was The Preist and why did Rebbca Dad did not walk her on The Wedding Episode

Howie was played by Michael John Nunes and the minister was played by Robert Arthur.

I don't remember ever seeing Rebecca's dad on the show.

He was very much there. That was the only time they were shown, and the last time Nick & Irene Katsopolis were shown. But all 4 were mentioned again quite frequently in later seasons.
