Cell Phone Telemarketers
Why are they allowed to do this on cell phones? I have a prepaid cell phone and when they call me like that, it takes time off my phone. The one that called me the other day was something about a credit card. I dont even have a credit card. I called them back and the operater said the number was dis-connected.
