KurtfromPitts Member Senior Member Join Date: Feb 10, 2006 Location: Carnegie PA Posts: 1,530	DVD Cast Interview Question I purchased the H&F season one DVD in June and have a question. How come Kelly Ripa wasn't interviewed like most of the other cast members, save for Nicole Paggi?
