Eek Police report reveals full horror of Rihanna attack

7 hours 39 mins ago

Brown threatened to kill Rihanna in between a series of brutal punches and bites after she desperately tried to contact her assistant to come to her aid, according to the police report filed after the attack.

Brown was sentenced to five years probation and ordered to stay at least 100yards away from his ex-girlfriend for the same amount of time by a Los Angeles judge on Tuesday following his plea deal with prosecutors in June.

He will also have to report for hard community labour duties in the next 72 hours, which he will have to undertake in his native Virginia for six months.

Following the sentencing, which also saw Brown ordered to pay almost £4,000in expenses and fines, court officials released a blow-by-blow account of the vicious attack, taken by a police officer at the scene.

In the statement, officers described a call from a "screaming woman," who was "very upset and crying".

Rihanna told cops the pair had an argument earlier in the evening in February at a pre-Grammy awards bash, and it continued as they made their way home in Brown's car.

After the Umbrella star "became enraged and slammed both of her fists against the dashboard", Brown pulled the car over and tried to push her out. He then began punching the star, before driving away while continuing to beat his lover with his right hand as he steered with his left.

The report claims Brown stopped the attack after Rihanna looked in the mirror to check her face for swelling - but told her, "(I'm) going to beat the s**t out of you when we get home! You wait and see!"

Rihanna then made a desperate attempt to call her personal assistant on her cell phone, enraging Brown even further as she pretended to tell the employee to contact police. Brown told the star, "You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I'm really going to kill you!"

Another series of blows followed, forcing Rihanna to cover her head with her arms. She tried to flee, but Brown stepped on the gas and the car door automatically shut. He grabbed her in a headlock, bit her left ear, and put such pressure on the singer's throat, she nearly passed out through lack of oxygen.

The brutal attack only ended when Rihanna tried to break the window of the car with her shoe. Brown delivered a series of final blows before storming out of the car as Rihanna removed the keys from the ignition.

Madderest

Just the fact that he only got 5 years probation for doing all this is absolutely sickening.

just vile monika . the sentence the courts gave out to chris is not only laughable but an insult to everyone, especially rihanna's family. this guy should be in prison but instead he gets a petty fine and community service. what a joke . if he wasn't rich and famous, i wonder if the courts would've been as lenient with him as they have done already. probably not, which smacks of hypocrisy.

any person, who wasn't a celebrity and had done what chris did to rihanna, would be behind bars right now.

Madderest Chris Brown is a bag of filth.

This report just disgusts me. I would like to find Chris Brown and beat the living S out of him. He should be doing hard time in prison, being someone's bitch and designated soap removal lackey.

Then we'd see how much of man this little punk is when they make him sing like a schoolgirl.

But NOOOOOOO, five years probation. Gee, no freakin' justice in this country anymore. Does Rihanna have to live in fear of this dirtbag?

well, one thing we do know for sure is the truth behind what had really happened, and it appears as though this account of that terrible incident rings true.

chris brown is finished- i hope his career is in tatters and for good after these revelations. no matter what happens, he will always be known to many people as the guy who beat rihanna. he doesn't deserve a second chance after putting her through so much hell. and as for his so-called 'fans' still having a pop at rihanna and for condoning what chris did, shame on them!

Sad part is there are many guys that are just as bad, if not worse than Chris Brown. It's easy for even an average sized man(figure around 5'10" 180) to beat up a woman. I guarantee you these boys(no, they are not men) would run like a little b!tch if they had to go up against another man.

It's absolutely shocking that Chris Brown did not get jail time for this senseless and cowardly attack on Rhianna. Almost anyone else would have under these circumstances. It absolutely galls me that celebrities get off easy just because of who they are!!

Oh my word!

I had never heard the full account before. Before I heard this, there
was actually some doubt in my mind as to whether Chris Brown was
actually guilty. But after hearing this, my vote has changed to
absolutely guilty and in my opinion Brown should have received a
much harsher sentence than he did. How I could have ever even
thought for a moment that he might be innocent I will never know
and I could kill myself for having such thoughts.
