Elton John, Barbra Streisand, Bette Midler (who got her start in the "tubs"), K.D.Lang....for starters! & of course Cher who I LOVE LOVE LOVE (not only is she a great singer but shes a tdf actress!! imho)

Probably the Indigo Girls... Politically they crap on a bit (especially Amy Ray), but I don't really care, because musically they're (mostly) great to listen to... Got one of Amy's guitar picks at a Sydney concert in Australia in 1998...
