These are the lyrics from the 1st season only. The 2nd and 3rd seasons abandoned the frozen in time concept, acting as though the Munsters had always been in the '80's. The 2nd and 3rd seasons play the same music, just no lyrics.

Herman: We're the Munsters!
The Rest: We're the Munsters!
Herman: We went to sleep, twenty years ago, and we woke up with a brand new show!
We're the Munsters!
The Rest: We're the Munsters!
All: Oh yeah!

For some reason Herman's voice sounds very gruff, and nothing how he talks on the show. If the show had only been done in film...

It would be daft saying TWENTY years ago in th lyrics when it was twenty two years according to the season one episode FLYWEIGHT TO CHAMPION OF THE WORLD, wouldn't it?
