HM and the Disney Channel

Has anyone heard about jojo being offered the role of hannah montanah? I heard that she was offered but declined because she wanted to be known as a real artist and not a fake plastic one kinda like how Miley is, and I respect jojo's decision on that. Even though if she did play HM, she probably would be more popular than what she is, but I think she'll make a come back. Once Miley leaves disney, she'll fade into oblivion, just like the other talentless disney stars like Hilary Duff. I think that jojo will be popular later on, because unlike Miley she actually has talent.

And as far as the disney channel is concern, it sucks so bad now from what it was years ago. Back when thats so raven and stuff was on, it actually had some quality. It wasnt until the suite life came and no talen tanna, I mean, hannah montanah came, where the quality dropped drastically. But the disney channel is only a vehicle for these "stars" or child "actors." Just like back in the old days with the original original mickey mouse club with annette, it gave them an opportunity to be stars. Of course the "talent" of today is nowhere near where it was back then, today you can barely use such a word to describe the kids on the disney channel. But maybe, just maybe, some of them can make it like Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera have. Even though those two are talented at what they do and people like Miley and the other "singers/actors" arent, they may have some lasting power.

On the other hand, Demi Lavota is pretty good. She has a good singing voice and is closer to talented than Miley can ever dream of being. And even though I dont listen to that style of music the Jonus brothers are talented too. But they're a bit overhyped because of the market there in.
