Talk about stupid... They should fire whomever does the wording for their sales, but worse the people who thought this was the real price are total morons!

At least Best Buy is refunding their money!!!

I have to admit I have never been a big fan of Best Buy. Maybe they should change their name to Not So Best Buy.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's a lawsuit in the future because they wouldn't honor that price. They shouldn't have to, IMHO. It was an honest mistake and they refunded the money.

I agree. Some people are too quick to capitalize on an honest mistake. I can't stand greedy people.

Of course they should not honor it. $9.99 for a huge TV. Cmon get real - those people should have known it was a big mistake. But in the interest of public relations, and because they did goof, it would be nice for BB to give them a discount of some sort as a courtesy. Not that they're obligated to of course, but it might smooth things. And yes, I am sure the "printer" who screwed up will HEAR ABOUT it.

I think they should email all those people who tried to order the TV and send them a coupon for $9.99 off or something like that. I was surprised they refunded the money, to be honest. I hate Best Buy. Like my husband said when I told him this story; Best Buy is only good to go in there and look at what they have and then go somewhere else and buy it!!!
