I want to add that I am NOT against people having sex change operations; however, I don't believe prison inmates should receive these types of treatments, especially on the taxpayers' dime.

They cut funding for programs for adults with mental retardation, but this murderer gets his sex change and stuff.

MY wonderful state has cut the funding of our libraries. Don't we have such terrific governors??
