Default Jack proved he learned nothing from Mr. Angelino on how to be a Manager

In the ep-"out on a limb" when the Food critic came in and left making he looked like he didn't like the food, why did he start to moan saying-"I'm going to be out of business if I get a bad review"

As a manager, wasn't he supposed to fire the chef if the meal the critic ate got a bad review? Of course that what Mr. angelino would have done if a chef made his restaruant look bad because a food critic didn't like a meal made by one of his chefs.

Jack had no bALLS-lol

You're right about Jack, he didn't have a backbone when it came to the restaurant business! That's why Frank Angelino was successful! Makes me wonder why Angelino had so much faith in Jack opening up his own restaurant.

And I find it hard to believe a restaruant would close down because of a Food Critic Review-lol It's not like he was the Health Inspector so that's why the episode made no sense. The only person who should have been concerned and worried was the CHEF who made the meal that the Critic ate-lol

I think he thought people would stop coming to his restaraunt if the critic gave him a bad review. lol

Even if that was what he was thinking as a Manager you fire the Chef and revamp the Menu

In Jack's defense, he was young and still learning, he had no clout yet. Though Angelino was cold-hearted, he did earn respect on how to run a business. But Jack should have fired his cook when he called in on the day of the grand opening.

I know, that's another example of Jack being passive-lol
