Default Do you like Salsa?

I just had some, which made me think of starting this thread. Personally, I do like it quite a bit - although strangely enough I'm not too keen on tomatoes on their own.

But salsa, yes, I do like. Especially on Doritos and tacos and enchiladas.

Not really. My stomache doesn't handle it very well.

I like salsa. I don't like it when it's too spicy though.

I make an Italian version of Salsa.

1 Tomato
1/2 Bell Pepper
1/2 Onion
Red Wine Vinegar
Garlic
Olive Oil
Red Pepper Flakes
Italian Seasonings
Parmesan Cheese
Parsley

Mix Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic, Italian Seasonings, Red Pepper Flakes, and Parmesan Cheese in a Tupperware bowl. Then dice the tomato, bell pepper, and onion and add in the other ingredients. Add parsley after mixing. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.

Oh yes! Interestingly enough, I didn't like chips & salsa when I was growing up. It took up until about two years ago for me to finally develop a taste for salsa. Now I LOOOOVE it. If it's chunky, even better. I LOVE that Tostitos makes Scoop chips... All that yummy chunky salsa-y goodness in a bite-sized chip.

Now I want some.
